At Secured Courier all couriers will provide fully completed weighbills with pickup
times, delivery times and printed signature on all calls (without exception).
All weighbill P.O.D.'s are inputted into our computer system for instant Proof
Of Delivery and tracking.
All of our couriers participate in an incentive program and weekly training / motivational
sessions. We are Toronto's highest profile courier and wish to remain there. Total
Customer Satisfaction is our greatest goal.
All Couriers are easily identified as Secured Courier brokers, They are neat and
presentable at all times, as they are not only representing Secured Courier but
more importantly, your firm.
