Secured Courier collects and saves information about every courier request that we fulfill so that we can include it in our secure data base to better provide you with the services and information needed to make using our systems the easiest part of your day.

We ask you for complete contact information (such as name, address, phone number, email address); proof of identity for person to person deliveries which may include drivers license and signature, financial and billing/credit information.

Secured Courier uses your personal information to provide you with both reliable and timely services which includes shipping, tracking all deliveries, communicating with you about the status of your shipment, customer support, account management/billing/credit verification and related services.

We use it to further develop, maintain our relationship and communicate with you.

We also use this information to protect our business interests, to assist law enforcement agencies, to collect outstanding debts and to meet general requirements required by law.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Secured Courier will never without your written consent sell, share, license, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Secured Courier may give out certain information to our employees/brokers to assist them in the performance of their duties and to enable us to provide you with the best service that we can provide to our customer.

Secured Courier makes every effort to ensure that personal information collected from you is protected against loss and unauthorized access. Further access to your personal information is restricted to specific Secured Courier employees. Unfortunately Secured Courier cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information that is displayed on the surface of any package or shipment label or weigh bill.
